Destination OMMA
Available license status and license type, including a separate destination-type check for testing samples.
For Oklahoma processors
Review licenses, transporters, testing, recalls, and manifest details. Keep COAs, inventory, and wholesale insights alongside your shipment checks.
Incoming orders
Review package testing, supplier OMMA status, COA references, supplier OBNDD registration, recalls and embargoes, transporter business status, transporter-agent status, and the supplier’s registered-site match.
Registered-site matching compares the supplier’s registration records. It does not verify a shipment’s physical departure location. Missing information stays unverified.

Outgoing shipments
See which checks passed, which need review, and which could not be verified from the available evidence.
Outgoing checks are dashboard-based. Packaging review is performed by your team, and a changed shipment requires a new review.
Available license status and license type, including a separate destination-type check for testing samples.
An active registration matched to the destination’s registered business site.
Business-license status and type, including the processor acting as its own carrier.
Available agent-license status for the recorded drivers.
Package test status, failed or revoked test results, and available released COA documents.
Matches to available recall information, imported holds, and facility-recorded batch holds.
Completeness of recorded destination, schedule, route, addresses, drivers, package labels, quantities, and units.
Your team’s recorded review of the current shipment version. This is a human review, not automatic label inspection.
Operations & wholesale intelligence
Open and print available released documents associated with outbound packages, including combined printing where available.
Find shipments without a recorded receipt after their planned arrival. Review recorded routes and stops; this is not live GPS tracking.
Review active packages, quantities, stages, age, testing, holds, and available expiration dates.
See recorded accepted shipment values, with external customers and affiliated transfers separated.
Explore recorded wholesale value by product line and quantity-weighted unit prices for the same item and unit.
Review supporting records and source freshness. Missing prices stay missing, and incomplete information is not treated as an all clear.
Wholesale values describe retained accepted manifests, not payments collected or a complete sales ledger. Records refresh periodically; check results do not certify every legal requirement.
