Dispensaries review patient sales, incoming orders, recall exposure, inventory priorities, and retail business insights. Processors review incoming and outgoing shipments, COAs, inventory, receipt follow-up, and recorded wholesale performance.
04 · Investigate and follow up
Open supporting records to investigate potential issues with your team. Supported text and email notifications help dispensaries follow up when enabled; processors review outbound checks in the dashboard. Make any needed source-record changes in the relevant system.

What does “Not verified” mean?
A check may lack complete or sufficiently recent information. It does not mean the check passed, and it does not by itself establish a violation.
Does a passed check guarantee compliance?
No. It means the implemented check was satisfied by the available information. NOX Guardian supports your review process; it does not certify every legal requirement or automatically correct records.
